Messaging, Email & Voicemail
Please note email communications are not secure. Email and phone (unless phone is requested as the main mode used for therapy sessions) are for scheduling and cancellation purposes only. Client concerns and personal health information will only be discussed during sessions, via telephone or using secure Jane's video conferencing platform.
Your therapist’s number is not set-up to receive text messages and messages will not be answered. Please do not communicate via text messaging.
If you choose to email your therapist, please be aware that emailing is neither secure nor confidential. Please do not provide any details or personal health information through email communication or discuss any content related to your session(s) by e-mail. The recommended method of communication when not in session is telephone or voicemail. Any voicemail, telephone and email correspondence becomes part of a client’s record and will be archived in their file.
For new clients, please schedule an initial consult online to discuss your concerns and see if we would be a good fit. Again, please do not provide detailed concerns via e-mail. Initial consultations can be booked online.
